Payment Processing and Authorisation

Authorisation Holds: Some banks may place a temporary authorisation hold on your account when you place an order. This is not an actual charge and will typically be released within 3 to 5 business days if the order is cancelled or modified.

Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined or fails for any reason:

We are not responsible for overdraft or insufficient fund fees charged by your bank.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in:

Refund Processing
Refund Method: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of return approval to your original payment method.
