These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Billing Terms") apply to all orders placed through elvoraco.com. They should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns and Refunds Policy.
Pricing and Currency
All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and include UK VAT where applicable. The price shown at checkout is the total amount you will be charged, with no hidden fees, surcharges, or customs duties due on delivery.
If your card or bank account is denominated in a different currency, your issuer may apply a foreign exchange rate and a conversion fee. Elvora has no control over these charges.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, promotions, or product availability at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect orders already confirmed.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. Elvora does not store or have access to your full card details. Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.
Buy Now, Pay Later options such as Klarna are provided by third parties. By selecting these at checkout, you agree to the provider's own terms, which are separate from these Billing Terms.
Payment Authorisation and Capture
When you place an order, your payment is authorised and captured by Stripe at order confirmation. Your bank or card issuer may briefly place a pending hold on funds during the authorisation process.
If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be confirmed and no goods will be dispatched. You will be invited to retry with a different payment method or contact your card issuer.
Order Confirmation
Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:
Your order number
A summary of the items purchased
The total amount charged
Estimated delivery timeframe
If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@elvoraco.com.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails for any reason (insufficient funds, card declined, 3D Secure authentication failure, fraud prevention block, or technical issue), the order will not be processed. No funds will be captured, although a temporary authorisation hold may appear on your statement and will be released by your issuer, typically within 1 to 10 business days depending on the bank.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once a refund is approved by us, we instruct Stripe to release the funds. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider and is typically 5 to 10 business days after we issue the refund.

Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect or unauthorised, please contact us first at info@elvoraco.com so we can resolve the issue directly. In most cases, we can investigate and process a refund more quickly than a formal chargeback.
Unwarranted chargebacks (for example, disputes raised in bad faith after goods have been received) may be contested with supporting evidence, including order records, delivery confirmation, and communication history.
Fraud Prevention
To protect both you and Elvora, Stripe applies automated fraud detection to all transactions. In rare cases, a legitimate payment may be blocked. If you believe a payment has been blocked incorrectly, please contact us at info@elvoraco.com and we will investigate.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised transactions, identity theft, or pricing errors. In such cases, any funds captured will be refunded in full.
Storage of Payment Information
Elvora does not store full payment details on its servers. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance framework. If you save a payment method for future purchases, it is tokenised and stored securely by Stripe, not by Elvora.
Changes to These Billing Terms
We may update these Billing Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in payment providers, legal requirements, or our business operations. The most recent version is always available on this page. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
