Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.

Any additional fees will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited at order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we suspect fraud, unauthorised transactions, or pricing errors.

Orders and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery to the United Kingdom is 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Products are fulfilled from our partner warehouse in Asia, with UK last-mile delivery by a national courier such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD. Full delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

You are responsible for entering a correct delivery address. We cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Returns, Refunds, and Statutory Cancellation Rights

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 calendar days of receiving it, provided the item is in new or gently used condition (opened only to assess the product's nature, characteristics, and functioning). Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

In addition, if you are a UK consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change of mind and statutory 14-day cancellations, unless we sent the wrong or a defective product. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Except where a product is expressly marketed and labelled as a medical device, our products are general wellness and lifestyle items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements describing product features are not medical advice.

Warranty and Product Issues

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund in line with your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper handling, normal wear, or failure to follow product care instructions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you retain the mandatory protections provided by your local consumer laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also retain the mandatory protections provided by your local consumer laws.
