Shipping Policy

Every Elvora order is shipped with care, tracked from the moment it leaves our facility, and delivered directly to your door. This policy covers everything you need to know about where we ship, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Where We Ship This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the United Kingdom.

All orders are fulfilled through our specialist logistics partner and delivered to your door via Royal Mail or an equivalent trusted UK courier.

Order Processing Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM GMT. Orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday) before 12:00 PM GMT will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Processing days: Monday to Friday. No processing on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs Free shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.

All orders include free tracked delivery. The total you pay at checkout is the total you owe. No additional charges are due on delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times Processing time: 1 to 3 business days
Transit time: 7 to 12 business days
Estimated total delivery time: 8 to 15 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Carrier Services
UK deliveries are handled by Royal Mail or an equivalent trusted courier once the shipment reaches the United Kingdom.

Every order includes full end-to-end tracking from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing:

Your order details A tracking number A link to follow your shipment.

You can track your parcel at any time via the Track Order page on our website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for your tracking information to become active.

Damaged, Lost or Undelivered Parcels Damaged delivery:

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the product and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number and attach the photos. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Lost or undelivered parcel:

If tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with housemates or neighbours, verify that the delivery address is correct, and wait 24 hours (shipments are sometimes marked as delivered prematurely).

If your parcel still has not arrived, contact us at info@elvoraco.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Customer responsibility: always double-check that your address has been entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrectly provided address.

Changing your address: address changes are only possible before shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Returned to sender: if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the order will be cancelled and refunded. You can then place a new order with the correct address. Shipping remains free.

Cancelling an Order You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately to do so.

If the order has already been shipped, you can return it in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Return shipping is free for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products.
